1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how OmniRank processes information when you use the OmniRank website, workspace, connected-provider integrations, analytics features, AI-assisted workflows, and related services (the “Service”). OmniRank is a business growth and decision workspace; connecting a supported provider is optional.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the Service, OmniRank may process:
- Account and workspace data: account identifiers, display name, email address where provided by an identity provider, workspace membership, roles, Projects, and configuration.
- Connected-provider data: provider account identifiers, granted scopes, selected assets, analytics or performance data, content metadata, comments or engagement data, and other information returned by a provider after the relevant account authorizes access.
- Credentials and authorization data: OAuth access or refresh tokens and comparable credentials required to maintain a connection. Credentials are intended to remain server-side rather than be exposed to browser code.
- Operational data: security events, error logs, request metadata, action receipts, audit records, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the Service.
- User-provided content: prompts, settings, drafts, URLs, publishing inputs, campaign inputs, and other material you intentionally submit.
3. Connected services
OmniRank can integrate with services such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Threads, WhatsApp, TikTok, LinkedIn, WordPress, Shopify, Cloudflare, GitHub, and other providers. A provider connection is optional and is governed both by this policy and by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices. OmniRank treats authorization, asset discovery, asset selection, and Project assignment as separate steps where the provider supports that model.
4. How information is used
We process information to authenticate users; operate workspaces and Projects; discover and display authorized provider assets; provide analytics, monitoring, reporting, publishing, engagement, and campaign workflows; generate AI-assisted analysis; execute actions that an authorized user requests or approves; maintain auditability; secure the Service; troubleshoot failures; and comply with legal obligations.
5. AI-assisted features
When you use AI-assisted features, relevant prompts and workspace context may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce the requested output. Do not submit secrets or personal data that are not necessary for the task. AI-generated output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before consequential use.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with infrastructure, database, hosting, AI, security, and connected-provider services only as needed to operate the requested functionality. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention, revocation, and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security and audit records, satisfy legal obligations, or support an active workspace. Provider credentials should no longer be used after authorization is revoked or the connection is removed. Retention periods can vary by data type and operational requirement.
You may revoke an integration from the connected provider’s authorized-app settings. You may also request deletion of information associated with your OmniRank account or workspace through the support contact or administrator that provided your OmniRank access.
8. Security
OmniRank uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service, including server-side credential handling, access controls, scoped authorization, and encrypted credential storage where implemented. No system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You may choose which providers to connect and which discovered assets to select. Subject to applicable law and the account model used by your organization, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or export of information associated with you. Do not post credentials, tokens, or sensitive personal information in public issue trackers.
10. Children
The Service is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children.
11. International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms should be used for cross-border processing.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated as the Service, provider integrations, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
13. Contact
For privacy questions, account deletion, or data requests, use the support contact associated with your OmniRank workspace or contact the administrator/operator that granted your account access.
