Terms of Service

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of OmniRank, including the website, workspace, connected-provider integrations, analytics features, AI-assisted workflows, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and represent that you have authority to use the accounts, data, and provider assets you connect.

2. Business use and accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and workspace access, for activity performed by authorized users, and for ensuring that roles and permissions are appropriate. You may not share credentials or use another person’s or organization’s provider account without authorization.

3. Connected providers

Third-party providers such as Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, WordPress, Shopify, Cloudflare, GitHub, and others operate independently from OmniRank. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, developer policies, permissions, rate limits, review requirements, and availability. OmniRank does not guarantee that a provider will approve an app, grant a scope, return specific data, or keep an API unchanged.

4. Authorized actions

OmniRank may offer workflows that prepare, approve, publish, reply, modify campaigns, or perform other provider actions. You are responsible for reviewing the target, content, budget, scope, and consequences before authorizing an external action. Where the Service provides an approval or governance step, you agree not to bypass it.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, access systems without permission, distribute malware, deceive users, manipulate platforms in violation of provider rules, send unlawful or abusive communications, or process data you are not authorized to use. You must comply with connected-provider policies and applicable privacy, marketing, advertising, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property rules.

6. AI-assisted output

AI features can produce analysis, recommendations, drafts, or proposed actions. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for review and for decisions made using that output. The Service is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice.

7. Your content and data

You retain rights you already have in material you submit. You grant OmniRank the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, transmit, and display that material to provide the Service and requested integrations. You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it.

8. Service changes and availability

The Service may change as integrations, provider APIs, security requirements, and product capabilities evolve. Features may be modified, suspended, gated, or removed. Maintenance, provider outages, configuration errors, and external API limits can interrupt availability.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated to protect the Service, comply with law or provider requirements, respond to misuse, address security risk, or end an account relationship. You may stop using the Service and revoke provider authorizations at any time through the relevant provider where supported.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, ranking improvements, campaign performance, revenue outcomes, provider approval, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OmniRank and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the Service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnity

Where permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of provider terms, your content, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the Service or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms should be directed through the support contact associated with your OmniRank workspace or the administrator/operator that granted your account access.
